History

The Bailey Owners Club (the 'Club') was formed in 1970 by a small group of enthusiastic Bailey caravan owners.

The Club has always been independent from Bailey of Bristol, and run just by its members.

Owners of any caravan or motorhome manufactured by Bailey of Bristol can join the Club.

Friendship and Rallying

We want to help our members make the most of owning their Bailey caravan or motorhome. This is why rallies are a core activity of the Club as they represent an extremely affordable way to relax and have a fun weekend (or longer) away at any time of the year, always with an abundance of help, friendship and support on hand if you want it.

We have a busy rally programme with events nearly every month and in all seasons at various venues across the UK - and abroad. They’re something that our members really enjoy, and many great friendships have been made through them. New members are always made especially welcome to make sure they settle in as quickly as possible.

We like our rallies to be as relaxed and sociable as you would expect from a friendly, family club catering for all age groups, families, singles and couples. Rallies vary in size, from small groups to large gatherings depending on the location and activities planned, and are all run by volunteers from the membership.

We try to organise rallies to appeal to everyone, with new ideas always welcomed. Our weekends have focused on a huge range of different themes and activities, such as walking, children's games, fishing or visits to places or special events like New Year, Easter and even Christmas!

Each rally organiser welcomes everyone with a cup of tea and information on the local area plus any events going on over the weekend, or longer if it’s a holiday rally. Costs are kept as modest as possible, with no extras for children, dogs or awnings.

Every weekend away can seem like a mini-holiday enjoying the company of fellow members. Why not take a look at this year’s programme of rallies by clicking here..

Events

Our extended holiday rallies in the UK and Europe are another great feature and benefit of joining the Club. They offer great value, and our overseas trips are perfect for anyone who prefers to travel with the support and company of others, if needed.

Helping Others

The Club has regular charity rallies to raise funds for a wide range of charities. Over the years, we have raised a total of over £40,000 for charities which have included Dementia UK, CLIC (Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood), Birmingham Children's Hospital, Tuberous Sclerosis, Diabetes UK and Chernobyl Children's Life Line Derby and Burton Link.
